Shipping
Most items ship within 2-3 Business days after we receive the order. Occasionally if an
item is out of stock it should ship in about 2 weeks. Next-Day Items will Ship 2
Days. If your order will be delayed any more than that you will receive an email
telling you when we expect it to ship. Either way we will send you an email
notifying you when your order ships. We Will Email a Tracking Number If
available once item has shipped , Tracking is also available in your order
history Under account information.

Product Availability
Although Teksigns makes every effort to avoid delays in
shipping, occasionally we must backorder an item that is out of stock.

Backorders
Occasionally, we must backorder an item that is out of stock.
Since shipping charges are figured based on the initial orders subtotal, any
shipping charges for the backordered items will have already been paid for. No
additional shipping charges will be added to that backorder. If more than one
item is backordered, we will wait until all items have arrived and ship a
complete backorder via ground service at that time.

Shipping to an Alternate Address
If it is easier for you to have your order sent to your office or a neighbor, let us know. We can deliver wherever its best for you. Please use the Shipping Address section during checkout to enter an alternate or preferred shipping address.

Credit Balance
Customer agrees that any credit balances issued will be Used within one (1) year of its
issuance. IF NOT USED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR, ANY BALANCE REMAINING WILL
BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION, AND TEKSIGNS.COM SHALL HAVE NO FURTHER
LIABILITY.

Cancellation
Any cancellation must be approved by Teksigns.com, and may be subject to 5% restocking fee and other charges.

Money Orders
If you would like to order by money order, add the items you want to the shopping cart
and select money order as the payment method to get your order total including
shipping. Then send a money order made out to TEKSIGNS along with all the pertinent information to:

Refund Policy
We will accept refunds 30 days from shipping date and credit your Account for the amount of the merchandise minus 15% restocking fee . Item must be returned postage paid , COD items will be refused . No Refund Policy For Errors in Custom Designed Items Such as Business Cards, Rubber Stamps, Custom Designed Decals and Signage.
